Enter the account holder's name as it appears on the bankbook.
Select "I agree" to the Terms of Use.
Enter the 3 digits of the 5-digit code on your cash card or in your bank book, without the 1 at the
beginning and the 0 at the end.
Enter the 2 to 8-digit number from the cash card or bank book.
Enter your date of birth and phone
number.
Your application is complete when
you receive the message"Account
registration procedure has been
completed."
